Mid Autumn Festival
sounds like a very long time ago …:p
Excuse Mommy …. again, for the tardiness. Long story, but first up, lets revisit this celebration just passed shall we : )
We made a weekend trip back to Bidor for everyone’s favorite gathering; BBQ.
Mommy got plenty of food back all the way from Penang but the night’s hit must have been Christine Jiu Mu’s special marinated Korean BBQ sauce. Meat roasted with ‘em sauce was especially tender and tasty… either that or our chefs are getting better by the day : )
Mommy and the kids didn’t break any sweat as usual.
All the heavy lifting work was done by our ever-ready ahem! skillful chefs.
There’re lots of candles and lanterns time too of course.
Pretty night lights
One lantern for each of the kids
And not forgetting splish-splash time
That reminds Mommy to better get Little Alaina a new swimsuit and not putting her into Kor Kor hands-me-down
Cozy with Mommy
Back in Penang, we had our own lantern possession around our apartment too. Much to Samuel’s delight.
Bright moon light
What an awesome night to end our simple celebration.
We can't wait for next year.
